Accreditation guidelines
Accreditation quota
- Accreditation quota
- Print media: 1 correspondent and 1 photojournalist per publication.
- Radio stations: 1 correspondent.
- TV channels: a crew of up to 3 people.
- For online resources/media/bloggers: 1 correspondent and 1 photojournalist per outlet.
Print media
Circulation of 30,000 or more: accreditation is granted based on a preview announcement and a planned follow up piecein the publication. To apply for accreditation, please provide a layout of the announcement and the publication dates forthe materials.
TV
Accreditation requires a preview segment about the event and a planned follow up segment about the occasion. In youraccreditation request, please specify the programme in which the segment will be aired, as well as the date and time ofbroadcast.
Radio
An announcement of the event must be aired on the radio station no later than 5 days before the event. To obtainaccreditation, please provide information about the number of announcements and their placement on air.
Online media/bloggers
Minimum of 5,000 unique visitors per day. For accreditation, you must publish a preview announcement no later than 14days before the event. In your request, please provide a link to the announcement. Accreditation is also possible based ona banner posted no later than 14 days before the event; in this case, please provide a screenshot of the banner and trafficstatistics. In your request, please provide the correspondent’s and outlet’s contact details. The minimum website traffic is5,000 unique users per day (including all platforms and accounts).
Photo and video shooting guidelines
Due to artists’ specific filming requirements, the rules may vary depending on the event and are specified separately foreach concert. However, there are several mandatory conditions that apply to all shows:
- Climbing onto the stage is strictly prohibited;
- Access to the backstage area is prohibited;
- Flash photography is not allowed.
In addition, we ask all accredited photographers and videographers to adhere to the dress code: total black.
